I’m a Business Designer; a Design Thinking expert, Strategist, Creator, Leader, and Coach. I am several things with one mission: to empower people to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be.
As a designer and strategist with expertise in enterprise innovation, business strategy, user experience, enablement, transformation, product design and executive coaching, my deepest desire is to partner with colleagues and clients to solve challenges above the surface by working below the surface. My work as a successful entrepreneur, business owner, and enterprise leader spans 16 years of hands-on engagements combining visual design, design strategy, deep-rooted empathy, technical expertise and business acumen. I deliver comprehensive and measurable outcomes through stakeholder alignment, problem solving, idea generation, short and long-term visioning and tactical execution. This work I do is human-centered and leverages agile practices including design thinking, service design, workshop orchestration, design education, and collaborative facilitation.
